Return & Cancellation Policy

At Solune Beauty, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, including our return and cancellation process.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

How to Return

• Contact us at support@solunebeauty.com for an RMA number and return address.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the return to the provided address.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email once completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@solunebeauty.com. We’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering another solution.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned items. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if not yet processed or shipped. To cancel, email us with your order details, and we will issue a full refund if the cancellation is successful.
